We can tailor our service to your businesses exact storage, stock management and event logistical needs. The individual service that we provide will come under one of the following management and logistics service options.
Exhibition stand & event equipment storage
Exactly as the title states, this option provides you with storage of your equipment in a safe and secure location. We have forklift off-loading available.
Storage + management + ad-hoc logistics
As well as storage, this option includes an initial inventory of the stored stock followed by annual stock takes. Delivery of equipment plus pick and pack charges are on an ad-hoc basis.
Storage + management + regular logistics
This option provides your business with storage and management of your equipment, with more frequent deliveries and regular stocktakes and no pick and pack charges.
Exhibition stand & event equipment storage
This option is ideal for businesses needing a secure, insured storage location for their exhibition stands and related event equipment. Upon request, our team will remove your stand from storage, transport it, and install it at any event you wish to attend. It is best suited for businesses that only require their equipment for event installations and do not need access between events.
When you have an event planned, we will provide a quote for the installation and breakdown of your exhibition stand, including pre-build at GH Display, any necessary refurbishment work, and new graphics. You are not obligated to use GH Display for installations and breakdowns and are free to hire other contractors. In such cases, we will charge for the labor required to remove and return your goods to and from storage. Please note that a stock take and inventory are not included in this option.

Storage + management + adhoc logistics
This option is best suited for businesses that require secure and insured storage for their exhibition stands and/or event equipment, while also needing a basic level of stock management and the creation of a stock inventory. It offers the best value for businesses with display equipment that needs to be stored and delivered to events, with or without installation, and then returned to storage.
We recommend this option for businesses that attend up to twelve events per year. For businesses that participate in thirteen or more events annually, the next option may provide better value.
Upon receiving your equipment, we conduct an initial stock take, followed by annual stock takes. The inventory is updated whenever stock is picked, packed, or dispatched.
For this option, you will pay a storage charge and a basic management fee, along with any ad-hoc pick, pack, and delivery charges.

Storage + management + regular logistics
This option is ideal for businesses that require storage for their exhibition stands and equipment, combined with a comprehensive stock management service and regular removal of items for event purposes. To maximize value, we recommend this option for businesses needing their equipment removed from stock at least thirteen times per year, whether for delivery only or for transportation and installation of display equipment.
Upon receiving your exhibition stand and event equipment, we conduct an initial stock take to create the inventory, followed by annual stock takes. The inventory is updated continuously as stock is picked, packed, and dispatched. If we are receiving an existing custom exhibition stand, a pre-build may be required to ensure all components are present and in good working condition. This pre-build service will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
This option is particularly suitable for businesses with a regular need to transport equipment to and from events. Installation and delivery services will also be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
